- Member rates apply to labor only; materials are billed separately at cost plus a standard markup.
- Each service visit has a one-hour minimum.
- Member rates are valid for residential properties within our Huntington Beach service area.
- Membership is non-transferable and covers a single household.
- The annual checkup is one visit per membership year.

- All electrical work is performed by licensed electricians in accordance with local codes.
- Scheduling is subject to crew availability and weather conditions. Member priority improves your place in the queue but does not guarantee same-day service.
- Membership does not create a construction contract. Project work beyond hourly maintenance requires a separate agreement.
